This property was privately brokered by our firm - it did not appear available on the open market at the time of sale at the request of the owners.  It is posted here now for informational purposes.     Built in 1997, the property was constructed by the sellers and well cared by them over the past 22 years - it was offered for sale in its AS IS condition.  The Sellers valued their privacy and asked if we could find a buyer without placing the property on the open MLS market.  The property was shown to one buyer and that buyer purchased the property in its AS IS condition.
