This property was privately brokered by our firm - it did not appear available on the open market at the time of sale at the request of the owners.  It is posted here now for informational purposes.     Built in 1997, the property was constructed by the sellers and well cared by them over the past 22 years - it was offered for sale in its AS IS condition.  The Sellers valued their privacy and asked if we could find a buyer without placing the property on the open MLS market.  The property was shown to one buyer and that buyer purchased the property in its AS IS condition. Formerly part of a larger tract of land, this parcel, and the rest of the Barrys Landing neighborhood, once comprised the grounds of the historically significant Briggs Shipyard.  A historic marker, located on the adjacent property, notes that 69 wooden sailing vessels ranging in size from 29 to 400 tons were built at the Shipyard and launched from its shores between the Mid 17th and Early 19th Centuries.
